**4 out of 5 stars**

Nine strangers attend a health and wellness resort called Tranquillum House for a promised total transformation. The resort’s female director is on a mission to reinvigorate their tired bodies and minds. The nine strangers have no idea the lengths she’ll go to, just to help them.

I was looking forward to getting my hands on this one. This is the newest book from this author, and the fourth of hers I’ve read this year. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My only real negative would be that I personally found the ‘big plot reveal’ and what follows (when you read this section, you’ll know what I’m referring to) a bit random and not quite believable, even if it was interesting. Other than that, I found myself reading it quickly and relating to all of the characters as their respective stories developed and were revealed.
My advice would be take the story as is and don’t question how it could happen, and you’ll find this a rather entertaining read.
